Simply heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes with half a cup of water. (the water is to stop the wheat from drying out and prevent the wheat from burning) Alternatively to make your wheat bag a cold pack, keep it in the freezer or freeze it for 45mins (place it in a plastic bag first) and bring your wheat bag out when you need it for bruises & sprains.
